Personality: Picasso is a handful. He is very proud and headstrong, and while he is a generally calm personality that doesn’t get nervous or agitated easily, he certainly knows how to cause his handlers grief. Somewhat hyper, but this trait will likely go away as he ages. Overly confident and likes to show off – rears a lot, like his dam.

Generally likes people and being handled, but is known for having a really odd sense of humor. Also very inventive and clever, and knows all the tricks as to how to break out of his stall or steal someone else’s food. He has a talent for avoiding work while pretending to be doing it. Gets bitchy when he feels that too much is demanded of him, and pretends to be extremely stupid.

Doesn’t seem interested in mares, and only plays with other colts. Gets along well with most horses, and doesn’t show any kind of behavior that would demand our attention. Happy to be with his fellow horses, and seems to fall into the middle class socially, having fairly good social skills but not enough ambition to try and dominate other colts.
